GBGallery lets you turn photos into a retro digital photo album saved as a ROM and optionally order that ROM on a physical cartridge with a custom label.

GBGallery is an independent project that creates personal ROM albums for compatible retro hardware and emulators.

ROM generation requires a signed-in account so GBGallery can enforce generation limits, apply credits, and prevent repeated signup-bonus abuse. Google sign-in is used for account access.

You are responsible for using an account you control and for keeping access to that Google account secure. If you delete your GBGallery account and later return with the same identity, you should not expect to receive another new-user credit bonus.

You must own or have permission to use every photo, ROM, label image, name, note, or other file you upload or submit to GBGallery.

By uploading content, you give GBGallery the limited permission needed to convert content in your browser, generate and privately store your ROM for recovery, prepare cartridge files when you start checkout, manufacture the cartridge you ordered, provide support, and fulfill the order.

You keep the rights you already have in your own photos and uploaded files. GBGallery keeps the rights to its website, software, template ROM, brand assets, workflows, and cartridge label templates.

Your GBGallery albums may be used personally without a usage limit, flashed to your own cartridges, and shared freely for noncommercial purposes. Commercial use or distribution of GBGallery albums is not permitted. Each new generation still requires the applicable credits.

Do not upload, generate, or order anything that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, contains malware, invades privacy, impersonates someone, exploits minors, includes sexual content involving minors, promotes abuse or harassment, or is intended to harm the service or other users.

GBGallery may refuse, cancel, remove, or decline to fulfill any order or account activity that appears to violate these terms, payment rules, shipping rules, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

Editing happens in your browser without general draft autosave. Closing the browser, clearing site data, or changing devices may lose unfinished work. Temporary sign-in and credit-checkout handoffs are not an editable account library.

After successful generation, your ROM is available to your signed-in account for 72 hours on any device. Unchanged downloads are free and do not extend recovery. Download and keep your own file; files you keep do not expire. Cartridge-order files are retained separately for fulfillment.

GBGallery currently provides one free daily generation credit that resets at midnight UTC and does not stack. Truly new accounts may also receive two non-expiring bonus credits, for three available credits initially.

Purchased credit packs are account-bound, non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire. If a purchased pack is refunded, its credits are removed proportionally to the refunded payment (rounded down to whole credits); a full refund removes all credits from that pack. Already-used credits remain recorded and can reduce the balance available from later purchases. Cartridge reward credits are not removed by this policy.

Generation costs 1, 2, or 3 credits for albums of up to 25, 50, or 100 photos respectively. We use the smallest fitting size. Credits are reserved during generation and charged only after the ROM is generated and stored successfully. Technical generation or required storage failure delivers no ROM and consumes no credits. After success, unchanged downloads during the recovery period are free; creative changes require another charged generation.

Signed-in cartridge orders earn 3 future-use credits once after verified payment, regardless of quantity. Guest orders earn no rewards and cannot claim them later. Rewards are retained if an order is refunded, including when already spent. Cartridge purchase does not cover an earlier ROM generation charge.

Stripe processes payments for credit packs and cartridge orders. Prices, shipping charges, taxes if applicable, and the final total are shown before checkout is completed.

You are responsible for entering accurate contact, email, and shipping information during checkout. GBGallery is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra cost caused by incorrect checkout information.

Cartridge checkout may be used by signed-in users or guests. Signed-in orders can appear in account order history. Guest orders rely on checkout, receipt, and shipping emails for updates.

Before ordering, confirm that the ROM file, cartridge shell color, label image, label crop, and order notes are correct. If any selected color is backordered, the entire order waits and ships together; the in-stock dispatch window does not apply. We test cartridges in-house before shipping.

GBGallery attempts to produce orders accurately, but compatibility can vary by emulator, flash cartridge, hardware revision, console condition, and user-provided ROM data. Unless specifically stated otherwise, cartridge support is intended for compatible retro handheld hardware, emulators, flash carts, and related devices.

Unused purchased credits may be refunded at GBGallery's discretion or where required by law. Used credits are generally not refundable unless the generation failed because of a clear GBGallery app or server error.

To request a cartridge-order cancellation before shipment, contact support. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

For any defect, damaged cartridge, incorrect order, or other issue, contact support so we can review it and help. Lost shipments are eligible for a refund; contact support for assistance.

GBGallery may change features, prices, credit packs, inventory, cartridge colors, generation limits, storage retention, or these terms as the service develops.

The service is provided as-is and as-available. GBGallery does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free generation, exact visual output on every screen, or compatibility with every emulator, cartridge flasher, or console.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GBGallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost files, lost projects, lost profits, or loss of data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, GBGallery's total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the specific credit pack or cartridge order that caused the claim, unless applicable law requires more.
