Cartridges & Shipping
Includes your album on a cartridge, your chosen or custom sticker, and a small protective plastic case. Keep the default GBGallery sticker or upload your own label image.
Signed-in cartridge orders earn 3 credits for a future ROM generation after payment, once per order regardless of copies. Guest orders earn no rewards. Reward credits remain yours if the order is refunded. Generation and cartridges are priced separately.
In-stock orders dispatch within 2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 days in transit. If any selected color is backordered, allow an estimated 2–3 weeks before shipment. Your entire order waits until all copies are ready and ships together.
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is $6 per order.
We test cartridges in-house before shipping.
For cancellation requests, defects, or other order issues, email austin.good.business@gmail.com. Include your order number if available.
Contact support to request cancellation before shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. For any defect, contact support so we can review the issue and help.
Lost shipments are eligible for a refund; contact support for help. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Console not included. You’ll need compatible hardware to use the cartridge, or a compatible emulator or flash cartridge to load a downloaded ROM.
